I need a set with the license illuminator on the passenger side do you have them? I bought the TLL16RK but didnt think about the plate

The part # STL14RB is for the passenger side and the driver side matching light is the part # STL15RB which has the license plate light.

For the drivers side light to go along with the part #STL14RB that you referenced you would want the part #STL15RB. This is the matching light you are looking for.

Yes, if you had no need for a license plate light you could use the LED Optronics trailer light part #STL14RB on either side of your trailer. It would just need to be flipped over like you mentioned so that the reflector is on the right side.
