Wheel Chock Recommendation for Preventing Tandem Axle Trailer From Moving Back When Hitching
Question:
Almost all chocks I see, work on locking or blocking the RV wheels. But with all of them, if force is applied to either end, even with locked or blocked chocked wheels, the RV can and will still slide. I have an RV storage situation where my rig abuts up pretty close to the rear bumper of another stored RV. When hitching up, the contact force as the pin plate and the 5th wheel hitch plate make contact and begin to engage towards ultimately locking the pin, the trailer slides back towards the other RVs bumper, keeping the pin from entering into the hitch jaws and from locking around the pin. Question: Is there some sort of chocking setup that keeps the trailer solidly in place, so as to ensure no trailer sliding back towards the other trailer and keeping the pin from entering into and locking with the hitch jaws?

I'd go with the part # UF21-001091. It locks the tire of each axle so well to each other that the trailer would not roll at all if pushed while you were hitching up.
I attached a review video for more info.
If you wanted to be super cautious a standard wheel chock like part # FT11933MI would also help.
