Thank you for the photos; based on what you showed, you would want oval LED lights that are in the 6-1/2" x 2" range, though you would need exact dimensions to ensure the right fit. For example, # STL72RB is a red oval light that measures 6-7/16" x 2-5/16" x 1-3/4" deep while # STL70RB is another red oval light but with dimensions of 6-1/2" x 2-1/4" x 1-1/8" deep. The same will apply for your white oval lights, such as the 6-1/2" L x 2-1/8" W x 1" # BUL72CB.

The other lights look to be rectangular, and while the dimensions seem a bit clearer in the 5" x 3" range, you would still need to make sure they are exact. For red lights you could use the 5-5/16" x 3-7/16" x 2-5/16" # STL35RB or # STL33RB which is 5-5/16" x 3-7/16" x 1-15/16", while for white lights you have options such as # BUL35CB with dimensions of 5-5/16" x 3-7/16" x 2-5/16" or # ILL35CB with dimensions of 5-3/4" x 2-3/4" x 15/16".
