I have a Land Rover defender imported from Germany that I would like to convert the 7 pin round plug to a US 4 pin flat trailer. I saw on your Q andA that it will require me to fabricate an adapter. What parts will I need? Thanks

Since you have a Land Rover, you actually won't need to convert or fabricate an adapter. You'd need only the Trailer Connector Adapter for Land Rover - 7-Way, Round Pin, European Style to 4-Way Flat # 118710.
