I purchased a Maxx Air Deluxe RV exhaust fan from you back in May and the rain sensor has stopped working. Is there a reset procedure for it, can just the rain sensor be replaced or does the entire unit have to be replaced? thanks

The MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe - Smoke # MA00-06200K does not have a rain sensor. It has a rain shield that allows fresh air in, but there isn't any closing function required. The rain sensor is used on the MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus - Smoke # MA00-04500K to sense rain and close the lid. This feature is not available on the MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe. I've attached a couple videos for you to see the functions.
