Question:
I have a 2015 GMC 1-ton 4x4, Dual wheels. I currently have a 15,000# RBW LIL Rocker hitch. I am thinking about getting a bigger fifthwheel with more weight. My guestion is, can I get a 20,000# hitch that will fit in my RBW rails, or do I need to change my rails also ?

If your 15K RBW 5th wheel hitch is the version that installs in above-bed base rails like those in the linked photo then you can still use them for your new hitch since they are an industry-standard design compatible with most hitch brands.
If your truck is a short bed you'll need a 20K slider hitch like the Curt # C16541 or # C16536. Both provide 12-inches of slider travel for turning clearance. I like the Curts for their axial bearing that makes hitching easier, since the head can pivot in any direction.
If you have the long bed truck you can use a fixed 5th wheel hitch like those shown on the linked page. The Curt # C16130, shown in the linked video, is a fixed 5th wheel hitch that offers 20K capacity, double king pin jaws for secure contact as well as a cushioned 360-degree-pivoting head.
Please note this fifth-wheel trailer hitch is not compatible with rotating pin boxes, such as the Reese Sidewinder, Reese Revolution, and 5th Airborne Sidewinder.
