Fully Remote Controlled Operation of Vent Lid and Fan on MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus 4500K

Question:

I want to install a power roof fan in my coach that is FULLY controlled by the remote control. I am partially handicapped and cant reach the ceiling. Will the remote control on the 4500K control opening and closing, turning on fan, set speed, set thermostat. Thanks

The MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus - Smoke # MA00-04500K does come with the fully functional remote. It will allow you to operate all functions of the vent and fan as you mentioned. The only manual override option is for the vent to open when there is no power being used and that manual operation actually restricts the automatic closing option of the rain sensor. I've attached a video to assist further. The thermostat control is an excellent feature to conserve energy only running the fan as needed.
