Length from Bracket to Center of Spindle on Timbren Axle-Less Suspension ASR400S02-G

Question:

I have a small jet ski trailer I am restoring/converting to a kayak trailer. I currently have a small 1000 lb axle with 45 1/2inch spring centers. I was looking at replacing the suspension and was interested in the Timbren Axle-Less models. My trailer weighs 150 lbs and my kayak weighs 120 lbs. I was interested in the galvanized 400 lb part # ASR400S02-G. From the diagram in the description it shows the measurement from the front of the bracket to the spindle center at 13 5/8. I have fender mounting brackets on my trailer that are 22 3/4inch apart. If this measurement is accurate I would have to remove the fender brackets to install. But it appears it is the same diagram from the larger versions of this product. Please verify if this measurement is accurate.

I checked with Timbren and the 13-5/8 inch length measurement on the Timbren Axle-less suspension system # ASR400S02-G is correct. But the length of the bracket that attaches to the trailer frame is 7-1/2 inches so depending on how the fender brackets are oriented it might not be an issue.
