Question:
I have a lippert 1716 pin box on my fifth wheel trailer and purchased a rp61300 turret, it is a 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch to narrow do I need the spacer kit 613001 for this or is it the wrong part

You have the correct Rotating Turret # RP61300 for your Lippert 1716 pin box; if it is too narrow you are correct that you would need Spacer Kit # RP61301, which mounts on the side of the turret and should be used with pin boxes that measure 12-1/2".
