Replacement Hubs with L44649 Bearings and Replacement Hubs with L44643 Bearings
Question:
Hi! Im having a really hard time reading the last digit on the existing bearings. They are all really worn and even on the least worn one I cant tell the difference on the last digit, it could be a 3 or a 9. I used a caliper to measure the spindle and it seems like its exactly 1. The existing hub is marked NW251011 and F.0.S. The wheels are T12X4 DOT. Can you tell from this info which kit I should go with? Thanks!

If the spindle is 1 inch in diameter exactly at both bearing locations then they are L44643 bearings. If it is slightly over 1 inch then they are L44649 bearings. You can also measure the inner diameter of the bearing and that will help. And if you can email me a picture I might be able to make it out. I have seen a lot of bearings over the years!
If you do end up having L44649 bearings AND the spindles have grease fittings on the ends then you can use hub # 8-91-05UC1-EZ. If they are L44643 bearings AND have grease fittings then you can use # AKIHUB-440-2-EZ-1K.
If the spindles do not have grease fittings then use # AKIHUB-440-2-2K for L44649 bearings or # AKIHUB-440-2-1K for L44643 bearings.
