There's quite a few details I'd need to know exactly what would be your best solution, but most likely the part # C17124 would be what you need for a new shank on your WD system.
This is designed for a drop of up to 9 inches in most cases but I'd need to know what system you have and how much actual drop you need for that. I attached a help article on determine rise/drop needed as well.
The wheel and tire # AM3S331 would work well if you need an ST185/80D13 mounted to a wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D
Curt Weight Distribution Shank 13" Long - 9" or 10" Drop - 1,500 lbs TW
