You are on the right track for locating the correct hub and drum assembly for your 1977 Vega Trailer. The inner and outer bearing numbers you mentioned are a big help.
We do have a large selection of hub and drum assemblies available that use the # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing. In order to choose the correct replacement, you will also want to verify the bolt pattern on your existing set along with the axle capacity on your trailer.
I have attached an article that explains how to measure your bolt pattern that you might find helpful.
For example, the etrailer.com Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K is designed for 3,500 pound axles and features a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. I have included a link that will take you to our available selection of hub and drum assemblies that use the inner and outer bearings you mentioned. You can filter through the different axle capacities and bolt patterns by using the facets on the left side of the page.
