Yes, you can use Derale Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit w/ Adjustable Sandwich Adapter (Multiple Threads) - Class III Item # D15505 on a Chevy 350, 5.7 liter motor. It takes the 13/16"-16 engine filter thread size and will use either a 2-3/4" or 3-1/2" o-ring (both sizes included). So this kit has everything you will need!
