I do have the mounting brackets you will want for your 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD but you will want to have the Air Spring for Firestone Ride-Rite Kit part # F6781 in order for them to work for you as not all Firestone airbags are the same across kits. If you do have these airbags then you will want the following items to install them on your truck.

Replacement Upper Bracket for Firestone Ride-Rite Rear Helper Springs part # F5766 (2)

Replacement Lower Bracket for Firestone Ride-Rite Rear Helper Springs part # F2250 (2)

Replacement Bracket Clamp for Firestone Ride-Rite Kit part # F0530 (2)

Replacement Bail Clamp for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F3373 (2)

Air Line Service Kit for Firestone Ride-Rite/Sport-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2012 (1)

Replacement Thermal Sleeve for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Spring Kits part # F2135820899 (2)

Replacement Hardware Kit for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # FA21-760-2250 (1)

By the time you add all the parts together it will be much more cost effective to just buy the kit like the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2250 and just use your old bags as spares. In order to operate the airbags from inside the vehicle I recommend using the Firestone Air Command I part # F2158.
