Replacement Jack to Fit Mount of Shelby Industries 5756a

The above mentioned part for my boat broke. I need a replacement for this, any help is much appreciated.

What we have heard from our customers is that the Fulton # FTJ120W0301 does fit the mounting plate of the Shelby Jacks like the 5756a that you have.
