Can these items work on a raceway bike rack the locks? Mine is missing all of them.

The One-Key Locks, part # TH450600 are compatible with the Raceway Bike Rack, part # TH9001PRO, however, there is a two piece set available as part # TH450200. This kit also includes the universal lock change key for Thule products, so you'll be able to easily swap them out on your own.
