I have a 2004 hallmark trailer. Just received a new replacement roof cap SKU 187410. Install looks pretty simple. What sealant is recommended? Any tips on the install?

We have the part # 344270KITW which includes hardware and sealant for installing a roof vent like what you mentioned.
