I PURCHASED YOUR WEIGHMASTER HITCH SYSTEM FOR MY 2500 RAM 2017. IT IS EXCELLENT. I HAVE A PROBLEM I NEED TO PURCHASE A 1-7/8 BALL FOR A SMALL UTILITY TRAILER OF MINE. IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO THROW OFF YOUR HIGH PRICED SYSTEM FOR A BALL CHANGE. THANKS.

Thank you for your purchase! I see that you bought the Weigh Safe 2.5" Ball Mount w/Scale, # WS10-25, which comes standard with a 2" ball. You are in luck, we offer a 1 7/8" ball that can be used with your Weigh Safe ball mount. You'll want to order Weigh Safe Ball, # WSB-L, which has a weight capacity of 7500 lb and is perfect for smaller utility trailers like yours. I also recommend getting a hitch ball cover like # FA82-00-3220 that will work with 2" balls.
