Recommended Cargo Carrier and Bike Rack for 1998 Roadtrek 190
Question:
Looking for a flat cargo carrier with ability to carry 2 bikes for a 1998 Roadtrek 190 its built on a Dodge 3500 van chassis. If we arent bringing our bikes, we would still have the extra cargo carrying ability. Please advise!

For a cargo carrier that also can carry bikes, I recommend the 23x60 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs # CC-100. This will allow you to use the Bike Rack Adapter for Stromberg Carlson Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier # CC-125.
Another option to give you both is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Platform 2 Bike Rack w/Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HR1450Z-85. This cargo carrier can also be used independently.
With either of these options, I recommend using a cable lock like # e98891 to loop around your hitch chain loops and through your bikes to secure them.
