It looks like you need the Rectangular LED Trailer Clearance, Side Marker Light with Reflector, 2 Wire, 6 Diode - Amber # MCL44AB, # MCL44AB1, or something similar like the Bargman LED Clearance/Side Marker Light - 59 Series - Amber - White Base # 47-59-002.

The only way to tell the correct fit is if you have the dimensions you want and then to see what is available. I've linked the page to all your Amber LED options to assist but I'm happy to assist if you have those dimensions.

The SAE or DOT numbers on the lens are not a help in narrowing down the part you need. They only tell what regulations they meet.
