I have two recommendations for you for a roof wheel-mounted bike rack.

The first is the Yakima HighRoad, part # Y02114. This is a wheel mounted rack that is adjustable and attaches to your bars using rubber coated steel straps. This rack adjusts to a lot of different wheel base sizes and carries bikes up to 45 pounds. Additionally, the rack's U shaped wheel carriers are easy to load the bike into and support a little of the weight, making loading an easier process.

The HighRoad can be equipped with locks using part # Y07202 for one bike rack, or part # Y07204 for a complete set of 4 locks for two HighRoads.

Another, more economical wheel rack is the Malone Pilot TC, part # MPG2103. Its unique wheel cradle design helps make loading easier by being more stable than other racks. It can carry up to 50 pounds bikes with 5 inch wide tires, and at 10 pounds, is one of the lightest and easiest to manage racks we offer. The Pilot TC does have integrated bike locks and attaches to most roof bars easily with a T-Bracket attachment setup.
