Question:
My Army buddy has an Arctic Fox basement model camper mounted on a 1 ton single wheel. His door is 4 feet or so above the ground. He purchased a set of metal expanding steps, 4 steps, but these only go to the bumper. Then he has another foot to step up on the campers bumper and another step into the camper. He is elderly and has already fallen once. I am looking at the Torklift, + Glow Step, and wonder what setup would work. I also noticed there was a rail that would fit the steps, that would be wonderful. Ill measure the ground to truck bumper, camper bumper and camper door. They are out camping. Ill get pictures to you when they return.

From what you are describing it sounds like the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA7836 may be the best option. It comes with 6 steps that have a rise/drop of 7-1/2 inches per step, has a weight capacity of 300 lbs, and comes with a bracket to install on the truck. The mounting bracket height is 50-3/8 inches which you can use for a comparison.
There are some accessories that are available with the TorkLift GlowSteps. Among these are the TorkLift GlowGuide Handrail # TLA7621, the DirtDestroyer # TLA7603, the Pin Lock # TLA7509, and the SafeStep Vinyl Barrier # TLA7602.
If this height doesn't work out for you just let me know what the height from level ground is to the camper and I can make another recommendation.
