Apparently there is no installation video for the 76182. Would installation be similar to the Eco-hitch?

Yes, since all available hitches that fit a given vehicle will use essentially the exact same installation points on the vehicle's frame the differences between the installation processes for various hitch brands and models will be fairly minor. Apart from minor variances in the install process that will be covered in the included written instructions, the overall process will be very similar no matter which hitch you're installing, so overall any hitch install video will provide useful general illustration of the process.
