I do have a solution for you, but we currently do not carry the Blue Ox BX88287 EZ Light Wiring Harness that you mentioned.

To install a wiring kit on your 2015 Ford F-150 we do have the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 which is similar to the Blue Ox BX88287 except that this option will need to be spliced in. I have attached a video of this being installed on a 2016 F-150 that you can reference.

If your motorhome does not have the 4-Way flat connector that is on the Wiring Kit # RM-154, then I recommend going with the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. Since most motorhomes are already equipped with a 7-Way connector at the rear bumper this will allow you to hook up the light wiring to your F-150 without needing an adapter.

The other great thing about the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 is that you can wire the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 from the middle pin on the 6-Way connector to your battery. This is really useful to keep your battery charged when using a Supplemental Braking System like the Blue Ox Patriot II # BRK2019 that draws power from the battery.

Keep in mind that for a complete flat towing setup on your F-150 you will also need a Base Plate Kit, like part # RM-524431-4, as well as a Tow Bar # RM-520, Safety Cables # RM-643, and most likely a High-Low Adapter.
