I spoke with my contact at Camco regarding the Olympian Wave 6 Catalytic Safety Heater # CAM57341 referenced in your question. He stated that the heater can indeed be mounted inside a wall, in a recessed position with the grate/front flush with the wall if you wish to do so.

This is a really nice, efficient catalytic heater that can also be used as a portable unit for more temporary use. It adjusts from 3,200 to 6,000 BTUs and can heat a room area of 230 square feet.
