Does installation of the Curt Hitch # C13073 Require Trimming of the Rear Fascia
Question:
After reading the reviews I noted that someone has to cut out a section of the bumper for the hitch to fit. Is this needed?? Really dont want to do that to my brand new sante fe.. Any tips would be appreciatted as I just purchased your hitch and am installing it shortly! thanks in advance for your advice

I spoke with my contact at Curt Mfg. and he said that trimming of the rear fascia should not be required for the 2010-2011 Santa Fe or 2011 Sorento vehicles.
I have provided a link to installation instructions for you to review and a photo of the # C13073 hitch on a 2011 Sorento for you.
