Question:
I am putting electric brakes on my utility trailer with dual axles. The trailer has Dexter P-15 Model SLR axles with a 3500 pound weight capacity. I have purchased Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric trailer brake kits - 10 inches , Product number 3.5K-23-468-469 from your website. I now realize that I need hubs and brake drums. I am having trouble determining which units I need to purchase. The current hub has 5 bolts. Could you recommend the hub and drum that I need? Thank you in advance.

Dexter 3,500 lb axles and hubs are very common and because of that we know the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K would fit and work well. This has the very common 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern that Dexter uses a lot as well as what's seen on most RVs out there. If you measure between the studs of your current hub and they are 2-5/8 inches apart on center you have this bolt pattern.
