For a trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your 2016 Honda Pilot, I recommend taking a looking at the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75225. If you need a wiring harness then the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite HD Module - 4-Way Flat part # 118760 would work well for you and not require any cutting or splicing. For a ball mount/hitch ball the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 seems to be the most popular option. The above ball mount kit may or may not provide the correct amount of rise/drop for you trailer. You will need to use the attached article to determine this. For a transmission cooler we have confirmed to fit your Pilot, I recommend using the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets part # D13503 as long as you have the 6 speed transmission.
