How does this mount to a 2011 f150 reg cab truck. Does it mount to frame or bumper? Thanks

The Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms # C19745 will attach to the bumper of your 2011 Ford F-150 via the bar's bumper brackets. It will require drilling holes into your bumper to provide attachment points. I've left a link to a video review of this tow bar for you to take a look at.
