How to Tell if a Titan Model 60 Actuator has a Reverse Lockout

For the Titan Model 60 Actuator- is there an override that allows my truck to back-up the trailer?

Unless you know the exact part number of your Titan Model 60 Actuator that I can reference the best way for you to know if you have a lockout functions is for you to physically inspect the actuator.
There are 2 different types of lockouts; manual and electric. A manual lockout is what part # T63FR has and you can see how it is operated in the attached review video.
An actuator that has an electric lockout will have a solenoid # T4748800 install on the rearmost (trailer side) of the actuator. One wire will need to be ground and the other will need to be connected to the reverse light function.
