Clearance Between Tire and Frame With Timbren Axle-Less System

Question:

I am considering purchasing the Timbren 2000 lb standard height axle #A20RS545. The diagram shows 4 7/8 in clearance between the frame and axle face. If I mount standard trailer tires and rims sized 205/75-15, how much clearance will there be between the inside of the tire and the frame?

As an example, tire and wheel combination # LHAW121 uses a 5" wide wheel and 205/75-15 tire, which is 8.1" wide. If the Timbren Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # A20RS545 has 4-7/8" of space between the frame and hub face, that would leave roughly 4/5 of an inch in space between the tire and frame, so your tires would not be rubbing against the frame if that's what you were using.
