I found - quite easily on your site - a 14 1/4 x 14 1/4 low profile Ventline Ventadome, but my opening is 14 x 14. Is it possible to get this model in a 14 x 14 size?

The Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-29 will fit your trailer that has a 14 inch roof opening. Worst case scenario you'd have to open up the opening on your roof a little bit but even that most likely wouldn't be necessary. This vent is designed for that standard roof opening size that's between 14 and 14-1/4 inch square.
