Can I use a Dual Hitch Receiver possibly 12 extension to transport my bike rack and a Cargo Carrier?

As long as you have a hitch with a 2 inch opening that has tongue weight capacities to carry your bike rack, your bikes and the cargo carrier # CC-100, there is a way you could carry both your bike rack and the cargo carrier.
You could use a Curt Dual 2 inch Receiver Tube Adapter, part # D-192 to carry both items. You could put your bike rack in the top 2 inch opening and the # CC-100 on the bottom.
