Does Cargo Mat for 2010 Toyota Highlander Have Enough Grip to Keep Large Dog From Slipping?

Is the material that the mat is made of hard slippery material? We have a large dog that will be kept in the cargo area when we travel and we dont want her to slip around on the mat. Thank you so much.
