Recommended Trailer Wheel and Tire Combination for S5 Series Style Aluminum Wheel Load Range D

I am very interested in the following tire and wheel, Item # TTWA15RTM45AS5B. I like the looks of the wheel but want a load range D tire. Do you have this wheel available with a load range D tire? I need a set of 4 tires and wheels. Thanks.

The Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Tire w/ 15" Series S5 Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C - Black TTWA15RTM45AS5B has been discontinued and does not come assembled as a load rating D option, but we do have the parts available separately. The tire is the Taskmaster Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TR20515D and the wheel is the Aluminum Hi-Spec Series S5 Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 # TTWALS5156545. You will also need valve stem # AM20904 and these can be installed by any tire shop you trust. I've attached an article to help explain balancing for trailer tires as it is different from vehicle tires.
If you want a very similar look, I recommend the Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Tire w 15" Lynx Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D - Gray # LHAW320. The look of the wheel is very similar, and the warranty is superior. West Lake is a Lion's Head brand and comes with a 5-year tire warranty, 1 year wheel warranty, and 2 years of roadside assistance 24/7 should you have any issues.
For a finished look with either tire, I recommend the lugnuts # LHLR103, the lock set # RG01-150 and the Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug - 3.19" Pilot # LHCS102-SI60C.
