Can a High-Low Adapter and Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter Be Used In Combination

I have to use a 6inch high low to attach my Roadmaster all terrain tow bar. Id like to add a dual hitch receiver as well to add a cargo carrier. Is this too much to put together?

The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 8" Drop/Rise # RM-077-8 is made to allow you to tow as well as use an accessory. It will allow you to flat tow up to 10,000 lbs and will allow a tongue weight of 400 lbs. The other dual receiver options do not have the capacity to tow a medium sized vehicle as well as a cargo carrier.

The issue you will find with needing a 6 inch high-low adapter that using two adapters at the same time will put too much torque on the hitch and will also put too much movement in your system for safety.
