A 2 inch hitch for a 2018 Toyota Camry is not available because it is not a vehicle built for towing and one will not be added soon. There has not been a 2 inch hitch for a Camry that I could find going back a number of years, but there are high-quality class II hitches that have a 1-1/4 inch receiver such as the Draw-Tite # 36643. If you need a hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack, many of these accessories come with adapters allowing you to use them in a 1-1/4 inch hitch.
