The SportRack Ridge Swing 4 Bike Rack # SR2415 referenced in your question will fit your 2016 Ram ProMaster 2500 as long as you have a 2 inch hitch receiver installed. When the bike rack is completely extended and swung to the side, there will be a distance of 36 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the upright arm. I recommend taking this measurement out to the side from the center of your hitch receiver to see if this will be enough space to allow the rear doors to open on your vehicle.
This is a really great carrier that will allow you to secure up to 4 bikes with a total weight of 140 pounds. The hinged base will allow you to swing the rack away from the vehicle, even with the bikes still loaded. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also take a look at.
I recommend adding the etrailer.com Cable Lock # e98891 and the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SR0901 to secure everything into place and help deter theft. If you plan on carrying any children's, woman's or alternative frame bikes, you might also need an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01. This will provide a horizontal attachment point for level transport and improved ground clearance. I have attached a demonstration video on this product so you can see exactly how it works and why it might be needed.
