If your 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan has the factory roof rack installed then the Thule Atlantis 1600XT is compatible with it.
If you don't have a roof rack already installed then I recommend installing the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack as it is more aerodynamic (causing less wind noise) and looks better than a round or square roof rack system.
