The B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS20049B referenced in your question has a maximum drop or rise of 7-1/2 inches. It features incremental height adjustments between those two maximums.
This is a really nice ball mount with a stowable design that will let you store the ball and mounting platform beneath your vehicle. It includes a 1-7/8 inch, 2 inch, and 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also take a look at.
