I do have a solution for you, however the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS20049B referenced in your question has a maximum towing capacity of 14,500 pounds when using the 2-5/16 inch hitch ball.

This adjustable ball mount will fit your 2-1/2 inch hitch receiver and has up to an 18,000 pound capacity with the 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. The ball mount also includes a 2 inch hitch ball (with a 12,000 pound capacity) and a machined, aircraft-grade billet aluminum construction that will resist corrosion.

I recommend adding the Fastway Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin # FA86-00-3685 to secure everything into place and help deter theft.
