Trailer Hitch Receiver for 2017 Mazda CX-5 Compatibility with 2018 Model
Question:
I just purchased a 2018 Mazda CX-5 and Im looking for a 2inch receiver hitch. You dont show an option for the 2018. The Mazda dealer tells me the 2018 and 2017 are the same. Can you confirm that the 2017 hitch will fit the 2018? Thank you.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76138 is a confirmed fit for the 2017 Mazda CX-5, but the manufacturer has not confirmed a fit for the 2018 model year yet. I called my contact and they have not tested a fit simply because they haven't had that model in yet to check. If your dealer is correct then it will work, but unfortunately I can't confirm a fit for your 2018 model yet.
