Replacement Hub/Drum Recommendation for 2014 Cedar Creek Silverback with 6K Dexter Axles

I need to replace my trailer brakes, drums, seals and bearings. I have a 2014 Cedar Creek Silverback with 6K Dexter axles. The axle S/N is 313064156. I have 12inch X 2inch never adjust brakes with easy lube bearings. The seal P/N is 010-036-00, bearings are 15123 and 25580. The Hub and Drum is 12inch with 15245 outer cups. I am having a difficult time locating the correct drum hub. Could you tell me what combination works best for me. Thank you.
