Thank you for the information you provided. Based on the sticker on the brakes I can tell you that the replacement brakes you need are the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - 12" - Right Hand # 23-106 and Left Hand # 23-105.
The brakes are for 6,000 lb axles so based on that and the 8-219 you provided I was able to narrow down what hub you need, but there is still a bit more info to get the correct part - the bearings and wheel bolt pattern.
For example, the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axles # 8-219-4UC3 has a wheel bolt pattern of 8 on 6-1/2" and uses inner bearing # 25580 with outer bearing # 14125A. It is likely this is what you need, though to make sure you need to take apart your hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you would need to use a digital caliper to measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure; you can also use the help article I've linked on how to determine wheel bolt pattern to ensure 8 on 6-1/2" is what you'll need.
I've added links to video reviews of these parts for you to take a look at as well.
