The MaxxTow Ball Mount w/ 2" Accessory Receiver # MT70066 has a Gross Towing Weight (GTW) of 5,000 lbs and a a Tongue Weight (TW) of 500 lbs. The 500 lb TW is a combination of both the top receiver and the ball mount.
Typically the TW of a vehicle is about 10% of the towing capacity. Since your 2018 Honda Ridgeline is rated for 5,000 lbs of towing it most likely has a TW of 500 lbs. You would be pushing or exceeding the TW of both this ball mount and your Ridgeline with your power wheelchair and lift alone, not to mention the trailer.
The best way for you to carry your wheelchair would be to load it up on the trailer so that it is carried on something with wheels and will not cause so much TW.
