The 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket - Vehicle End # HM40975 utilizes the factory wiring harness with a round connector called a US Car Connector. If you want this wiring harness to go with the connector, you will want # HM40975-11998. This comes with the wiring pigtail and butt connectors so you can splice into your current wiring harness or add one. I've attached a video to assist.
For your 2015 Nissan Titan, if you don't have the factory wiring, I recommend you use the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit with 4 Pole Trailer Connector (Includes Install Kit) # C59236 to get the 4-way flat. Then you can splice into this harness for the beginning of your 7-way and then use kit # 5506 to add the other functions. I've attached a video to assist.
For a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is a proportional brake controller with an easy to use LCD screen and presets that allow 3 different levels of boost. I've attached a video to help with functions.
