Replacement Locks and Keys for Sport Rack Cargo Box with Cylinder # 2808
Question:
I have a SportRack roof top cargo, which lock cylinder model is 2808. Do you have the replacement? I need a pair of them, with keys

I have a solution for you, however Cylinder 2802 is no longer available.
You can, however, completely replace the locks with a new set wtih part # TH450200, which is a new pair of lock cores with two keys and the control key for you to remove and switch out the existing locks with the new set.
