Im looking for a vent/skylight for a 1961 Little Gem. The opening inside is 13 3/4 square. Is the product measured from the size of the opening? If so, is a custom fit available? Thank you.

The Ventline Roof Vent # V2092SP-28 is the standard size that requires a rough cut opening on the roof of your trailer of 14-1/4 inch by 14-1/4 inch.
If you have a 13-3/4 inch square opening you'd need to open yours up a bit to get this to fit.
