Does Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Basket Need Added Stability?

I am looking at the Thule basket extension for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was wondering if you would suggest adding a third roof rail with Thule mount brackets for more stability to the middle of the basket? Love the basket, just looking to make it a bit bigger.

It won't be necessary to add a third roof rail for added stability to use the Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # TH859XT along with Cargo Basket Extension #TH8591XT on your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
You might also consider locks for this basket, # TH450400 to deter theft of your basket.
