Question:
Will the 11058 Curt or the 24776 work best on my car? Also will the hitch drag the ground? and can a bicycle mount be attached?

Either The Curt Trailer Hitch, # 11058, or the Draw-Tite Hitch, # 24776, will fit your 2007 Honda Fit. If you will just be using the hitch for a bicycle rack, I would recommend the Draw-Tite # 24776 as it does not include a drawbar, pin and clip, which you would not need.
You will be limited to a bike rack that is compatible with Class I hitches. I would recommend the Thule Camber 2-Bike Carrier, part # TH9058. You will be limited to carrying 2 bikes since you will be using a Class I hitch.
If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bicycles, I would recommend using the Swagman Adapter Bar, part # 64005.
You will want to make sure not to exceed the tongue weight capacity of the hitch and your vehicle as specified in the vehicle owners manual. The weight of the bike rack and the bikes is considered tongue weight.
I have linked instructions and a video review of the bike carrier.
